Developed over decades of refining and reviewing the targeted mentoring and coaching skills required to best support many Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander jobseekers into paid employment and on to career objectives.
Our belief has always been that a person with a job is a person with a future, and accreditation formally recognises the vital role that effective mentoring plays in addressing employment retention for many Aboriginal employees as they carve their careers.
